- more than 10 years of experience in implementing Enterprise software solutions belonging both internal and external implementation teams
- profound understanding how the business application dealers, producers and their implementation partners think and run their businesses
- broad knowledge of the IT products development life cycle
- excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to lead client meetings and interviews
- experience in researching and analyzing IT information (IT cost data, IT contracts and various qualitative information) neeeded to make decisions
- a broad and deep understanding the core IT categories (System architecture, Develpment strategy, Activity planning, service delivery, IT infrastructure, Application systems etc.)
He is able to
- effectively manage relationships with both external and internal stakeholders
- work proactively and drive resolution of issues with minimal supervision
- interface with the senior internal stakeholders at executive level (CxOs)
- present and depict data (IT cost trends, the strengths and weaknesses of IT product and supplier relationships) condensing large amounts of technical information into an easy to read, non-technical transaction business report
He is ready to
- take responsibility for managing internal team and increasing its operational excellence, acting as a role model for the team
- learn and adopt new skills quickly in new situations and turnaround deliverables within short timeframes
